It's the old "reserved name" in paths bug in win95-98se.  Microsoft issued a 
fix for it, but most people's browsers aren't patched.  <IMG 
SRC="C:\con\con"> is the nastiest way to exploit this!

The bug occurrs with <any reserved dos name>\<same reserved dos name>.

nul\nul
com1\com1
prn\prn

all crash windows.
