Hey, hiding programs is great.  It has a lot of uses, such as making your
calculator appear "programless" when your math teacher comes around.
Protecting and unprotecting is also helpful so that if you've written a BASIC
program you don't have to upload it to a computer first to protect it, and you
can edit other protected BASIC programs.  I'd like to see those options in the
OS too.
