iv had the same problem, if you feal comfterball you can:

remove the AAA bats use a small screw diver remove the bakup bat and to
unscrew the scurew then get sevral flat heads and slowly work your way up the
sides and presto your in. car fullyramove the little black guy on the botom,
unde neath are the three canetors for the calc if thay are all intack and
conected than ( afrter reaseemling it comletaly ) send it back to ti, if one
is diconected than car fuly soder it back on, TIP us 15 wat. make sher you
sont short it out. now put tha black cover back on and snap the cover shut and
put all the screws and bats back in

BTW this will erace all mem
