How do you use library files.  I am going to have them in my password
program.  When you install it it has a copy of the password inside the
program itself, and inside the library to see if anyone has been farting
around with the program to edit the password.  The program will be done
in devpac to keep people from messing around with the password in it.
The library file, on the other hand will be in encrypted hex, just
swapping bytes around with a key in the main program.
