Hi guys. First I'd like to start by saying that there is no shortage
of messages. This 'hello' message got me about 30 pieces! Now on to
the topic: Someone asked what progs were under development (if any.)
Well for one I'm making a game called 'Highway'. So far the story is
somewhere around the line of your being chased down a highway for
grand theft auto. This might change though. I'd appreciate some
suggestions. To see some pics (the game has actually changed since I
took those but what the heck) just go to my TI page (see the sig.). I
will NOT be releasing a demo (as with everything I make.) If you want
to try it before it's out come to my school and ask me. I'm hoping to
have it done soon but I need help. I do believe that I've asked this
many times but I need help. I need to make a random number, 0-7, and I
also need it to be independent of things like key presses. There are
only 4 keys. Also, how do you make the game save so you come back to
it later? Just store all the variables in the program permanently and
have a routine to recall them later? Thanks for the help guys. Also,
where are all of your games that you're making? And do you guys have
web pages about what you've programmed and what you're doing. I'd love
comments on my site also. And would it be feasible to make a software
modem for the 83? 2400? 4800? 9600? I'm not asking hardware because I
want to know if you think that the TI to do this? All you'd have to do
for hardware is connect each of the two phone pins to the data and
clock pins.
P.S.
Sorry for using <1 sec of your 'net connection to transfer this. I
just love bandwidth.
