Thanks for the reply & sorry about the double post (Hotmail troubles).  
One thing I noticed is that the start of the loader is referenced when 
calculating values for _insertmem; why is this... shouldn't this area 
already be allocated?  Also, what if the assembly program is smaller 
than ZASMLOAD?  Wouldn't memory have to be freed?  Is the memory was 
freed, whouldn't that kill ZASMLOAD?  Also, where exactly is the loader 
loaded to?  Sorry to throw this all at you, and thanks.
