I don't know what will happen if you change the I register, there is only
one way to find out for sure ;)  (I'd imagine that it wouldn't create
problems, it would just make the calc look at a different address for the
needed bytes)

I don't know if the rom ever changes the I register, again, there is only
one way to find out (disassembly)
