  No, its just emulator crap. You download the emulator, then download 
the free game ROMs, then you play the games on your computer. There have 
been emulators made for the Genesis, SNES, NES, Gameboy, Playstation, 
Saturn, and some other systems(possibly the N64 I haven;t messed around 
with EMU for a couple of months).
