ticalc.org recently switched their e-mail system over to something that
could handle the overload of e-mails in TI-Hardware (over 200 e-mails a day
for that list at one time).  Possibly that switch caused some accounts to
send/receive double messages (I don't really think people would actually
send messages twice just to waste bandwidth).
