very simple, i have a friend who gets access on delmarva online for
$20/month (actually 19 something), and he can have 20 users use his
access at any given time, so he's got 20 friends, i'm one. if i had to
pay him any money that would be about $1/month (less than 10 and 20),
but he never asked for any money (his mom pays).
