Icon Edit v1.00

Ben Ryves 2003

Icon Edit is a program that allows the user to edit the icons in MirageOS programs.

It is easy to use and has some fairly useful features.

Firstly, install it. You can do this by sending it to your calculator through TI-Connect, FastLink, or whichever linking program you use.

It will appear within MirageOS, in the Main folder. Highlight it and press '2nd' or 'Enter' to run it.

Once it is running, you will be presented with an icon and some text. Press 'Alpha' to select the next program, or 'Clear' to quit. When you have found the icon that you would like to edit, press '2nd'. The editor window will come up.

Use the arrow keys to move around the icon. The grey box shows you which pixel you are changing. Pressing '2nd' on a pixel will invert it. Pressing 'Mode' will invert the icon, 'Del' will clear it, 'Alpha' will save it, 'Stat' will re-load it and 'Clear' will exit. Pressing 'XT0n' at any time will return you to the icon selection screen.

Please note that only programs in RAM can have their icons saved.

If a program has a wrongly-formatted icon (such as Fall Down) the screen will have an extra row of pixels to the right of the main icon. You cannot edit these. Programs are meant to have 15x15 icons, not 16x15 icons.
