This is probably my third favorite calculator game all time. The one thing that keeps me coming back is getting that Best Lap or Best Race score. ItÂ’s addicting, fun, and very well designed.
You control a small car in a birds-eye view race. The biggest feature this game has is the tracks the game comes with. There is a very easy to use track editor that comes with the download that simply converts .bmp images to tracks. It also has options for tracks laps and waypoint placing. However I say that the best feature of the game is the tracks that come with it because everyone that makes tracks for the game, makes these insanely hard tracks that you have to basically crawl through just to be able to complete one loop.
But that is not any of the programmersÂ’ faults. I love the game, it is very fast, well fast enough for me, and it is just easy to use. The controls are perfectly placed and it turns out there is a brake :-)
The one and only thing I would like to see added is a ghost car that represents the Best Race. That way you would have something to follow if you were going for a new low score. The program does at all times display the time elapsed, but it is often hard to look down and see it while still controlling the car. Overall, I will always keep this program on my calculator! Oh one last note, my Best Lap time on mtrack1 is 182, Best Race time is 942, anyone got anything lower? :-)
