Didn't know that...just get someone older to get an account and use it yourself for this (or just ignore the age restrictions, as mentioned before).

one great way to bypass it is to buy one of those rechargable visa gift cards, set up a pay pal account on it, and then you can buy & sell using paypal no matter how old you are!
