1.99 USD is not very expensive, as the American market goes. However, for the plug, yes, it is overpriced.

Google does a much better job searching the archives than the site search feature at the top of this website! This site's search feature SUCKS!

Well, I borrowed my friend's TI-83+se for a day. She was happy when I put 20 ION games on it :) Now everybody in the school is passing them around. I need a TI-83+se.

It's only spelled with a C when you're talking about referring to (citing) something, as in a Works Cited page for an essay. It's related to 'citation'.

Yeah, I know the homonyms and their definitions. I guess it just became a habit to type "site" as "cite". Strange that I hand-write it correctly...

Okay, what is a homonym?

Homophone = they sound the same
homo=same
phone=sound

Homograph = they are spelled the same
homo=same
graph=write, spelling

Homonym = ?
homo=same
nym=?

A homonym, aka homophone, is a word that is pronounced just like another, but is usually spelled differently and has a totally different meaning. Here are some examples:

-to, too, two

-cite, site, sight

-write, right, rite

-rose, rows

You get the point :)

The mailing lists serve the same general purpose as this message board; allowing people to help each other. They do tend to be a bit more on topic though.
For the mailing list archives, or to subscribe to a mailing list, visit the URL above.
