Toolbar
The toolbar in Jesbank has four options, "new"/"open"/"save" and "quit".
You enter the toolbar by pressing the ESC key, and you can also exit the
toolbar by pressing ESC once again. Navigate in the toolbar with the arrow keys.
If you choose the 'new' option in the toolbar, you will get a new clean bank book.
Note that you will NOT be asked to save the current bank book!! So be sure to save
your current bank book before you hit the 'new' button.
Keys
The keys are very simple in Jesbank, and i guess you have allready figured them out, mostley.
Anyway, here they are:
Arrows : Move around the cursor, where you want to edit
F1 : Adds a new row, is very good if you want to add a new line between two cells.
Clear : Deletes the whole cell, and moves the cells below, 1 step up.
Enter : Push enter to enter new / edit data. Note that if you want to make a new cell of data, you have to be placed on that cell rows number (all the way to the left).
The Left cell column is for information, the right is for values, and nothing but values.
File handling
The file handling of Jesbank is pretty simple. Your bank books will be stored as .jb_ files in your current folder.
If you open up a bank book, and then want to save it, it will automaticly overwrite the old file.
If you haven't saved your bankbook before, you will get two 'dialogs' where you first have to enter the filename (whithout the .jb_!!)
and then the bank books name. If you try to load a bankbook that does not exist, nothing will happen.
The Source
