Unfortunately, the correct answer is not one of the available choices. Pi is wrong, my answer is no. Tau is the answer. See the URL for details.

Hey, thanks for the superb link! I always felt that using the diameter is highly awkward considering that a circle is indeed all the points a fixed distance from a single point. Now I have something of interest to look into!

BTW: I did vote a LONG time ago, I just recently checked back to visit his link. :)
