Voted 'maybe'.
Do not know whether I would ever get the calculator, let alone within the time of the operating system's existence.

Pah, the Titanium is a pointless reshuffling. I can't stand the keyboard.

Apologize for the grammar, not thinking clearly today.

I would like an 89 Titanium. Does that count? I like the 89. However, I would say that the new OS is a nice improvement and makes it more 89 like. The only problem I have had is that Omnicalc makes it unstable; luckily a lot of Omnicalc's features that I was using is covered by the new OS (except RAM recovery).

I love my TI-89T too. I haven't owned it for two weeks yet, but I'm really loving it so far.

it won't work properly. My basic programs that I have downloaded do not work. You need to, say, put in the end quotes, and translate programs for the new version. Also, the wonderful app CalcUtil will not work with it, and neither will Krolypto (essential - my classmates never seem to get the concept that it's not funny to clear people's memory...), or OmniCalc. If anybody has a patch or something to get rid of this, please tell me, as I actually like MathPrint.

Have you tried the PrettyPrint application? There's a direct link "(Web Page)" to it above this post, just under my user name. It even integrates nicely with OmniCalc.

@File archivers: why is it listed as a "misc program"? Shouldn't it be in the math category?

how do you make prettyprint work? And is there an app compatible with 2.53 or whatever it is that allows you to run and edit progs in archive? that's essential.

All basic programs I have still work perfectly fine, albeit a bit slower with MP on, even though 95% of them are optimized. And though I haven't tried OmniCalc , CalcUtil works fine on mine...

I already did. I haven't run into any compatibility issues at all yet. If you have the MathPrint turned on, it will be slower, but you can just turn it off if you want it to run quickly. It's really nice to be able to type problems into your calc like they appear in your text book. No more (2/3) to write two thirds. It's 2 over 3 instead with a fraction bar! So far, the OS can only be a step forward.

I haven't after reading the compatibility issues. I might if I ever start using my 84+ frequently, but so far I'm mainly using my 89T. It's a good idea, and I am glad they put more features in, but I'll wait until the compatibility gets better (hopefully not worse).

I would if someone wrote something that would fix those issues...
But until then I'm not.
