I'd would, but no, because I'm not a "buy stuff on the internet" person. I don't even do eBay.

Same here... However, some people at school might rebuke me for it (think "bad fashion statement"), but i'm a "registered nerd". Also making a website and form to fill out in order to get a "registered nerd ID card", and registering nerds at my school (including my latin teacher).

I intentionally buy clothes that get me ridiculed, just to show how small-minded most people are.

Oh... like the binary shirt that says "YOU ARE DUMB"? That one's pretty funny, actually. I wrote a QB program to translate ASCII text to binary, so I can say stuff in binary now. Yay! :)

True nerdism is being able to read and write in binary without a translator. Even better woud be reading and writing in pixels as on your calc screen. This way we could display easily 64 lines of text without any compression!

hmm, maybe I'll try that. You could fit 768 letters on a screen at once (at 8 bits per character)

If you want to translate to and from binary, Try this http://nickciske.com/tools/binary.php, or you can use the one I made, by clicking the url.

Binary is a cool "secret code" language, since 99% of the people I know wouldn't have a clue on how to decode it. The problem is, you can't just read it off the top of your head (unless you're really scary).

Those who understand binary,

Uh-huh :) I had to think twice the first time I saw it too. I was expecting this big list of different types of people, but when I saw the word "binary", I figured it out.

You're not a geek until you can understand the difference between "we're" and "were". Thankfully, that's not the only qualification.

He also forgot a comma, but it doesn't matter. I screw up with grammar all the time, but it's mostly punctuation, for me. I'm getting a little better with spelling stuff (but not good enough). *sigh*

I find it odd that they sell manuals, but yet they have them for download, for free. If somebody was desperate, they could just print the pages out and there you go... a manual. :)

But, ebay is cool. It's fun to just browse around when you're incredibly bored.
