hpcalc.org has a great idea- anyone can review any program. It works becuse (apparently) they either delete wrong/bad/rude reviews, or people are just plain nice.

YES!!! YES!!! Anyone should be able to review. So few programs are reviewed, getting new ones is like flailing around in deep water.

i said i have no time... but.. that's false.

i said it because i run my own site (doesn't take all of my time), and, if they've seen my news articles, they'd know that i'm not that great of a journalist. also, i'd only be able to do it for 2 years, 'till i'm 19...

I said I have no time because I really don't. Becoming a full time staff member would take away what little time I have available for programming.

I'd have 3 years until I'm 19. And what little spare time I do have, for homework or programming etc., would be gone. :(

Ditto, but ask yourself, Jeremiah, which would you rather do? I would hope there would be no need for that sad face...

The sad face was because I wouldn't have had enough time for anything should I have applied. It wasn't for when I'm 19. I'd take up so much room with happy faces on that!

no! in binary, man!
1111111111111000
(don't forget to twos-complement the 1000, I think that's how it turns out)
I run my brain in binary!

That could be taken a lot of different ways...

-4 = 11111100
11111100 = 252.

Or...

256 + (-4) = 252

I really hope you're not that old...

Then you could have different variable mesurements, byte, word, dword...

I voted no time, because I just got a job at calc.org. Otherwise I would have applied here. hmm... maybe I can do both??? Probably not.

I haven't voted yet. I applied for a reviewer, but not a news writer.
